Are you about to invest in a company? A Technical Due Diligence is an important part of most Merger & Acquisition processes – especially if your target company’s core business is software-related. Our Technical Due Diligence will give you the insights you need before investing. 

What happens during a consultation?

• The consultation will take place via Teams and can be in either Swedish or English
• You will meet and talk to the delivery team that would be responsible for performing the service
• The consultation will be approx. 1 hour long and we will answer any questions you might have about the service
• After the consultation you will receive an example of a report and can make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the service
